Use this sequence to turn a generated draft into work you can stand behind.

Keep the brief in view

Write one sentence naming the audience and intended outcome. Cut content that serves neither.

Delete repeated introductions, empty superlatives, generic conclusions, and any sentence that adds no information.

Mark facts, citations, and calculations. Verify them against dependable original sources; do not treat confidence as evidence.

Add the actual names, limits, dates, examples, and decisions. Never let a tool invent missing details.

Replace phrases you would never say. Use concrete verbs and natural sentences. Read it out loud.

Give the reader a clear decision, next step, owner, or deadline where the task calls for one.

Open the exported document or presentation. Test links and check page breaks, labels, and attachments.

Ask: Can I explain and defend this work? If not, resolve the gap before you send it.
